Enso Table

$3,200.00

DESIGN PHILOSOPHY

The Enso Table embodies the quiet power of absolute minimalism. Inspired by the Zen ensō—a hand-drawn circle expressing presence, incompleteness, and intention—this piece features a sweeping, curved architectural base that acts as a physical gesture in space. Its form is both deeply grounded and inherently fluid, creating a sculptural focal point that balances cold industrial restraint with rich material warmth.

MATERIALS & CRAFTSMANSHIP

The base is sculpted from a massive, 1/4" thick structural steel plate, machine-rolled to execute a precise, continuous arc that retains its tension and structural integrity. The steel is treated with a hand-applied, stabilized industrial blackening patina to yield a deep, velvety monochromatic surface.

Cradled within this dark crescent is a finely crafted, solid hardwood top, shown here in premium sycamore. The sycamore features an intricate, lively grain patterning, brought to a smooth luster with a hand-applied satin finish that enhances the timber's natural, warm character.
