Refund Policy

All Vermontica furniture and sculptures are made to order. Because each piece is crafted specifically for you, we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with detailed photos and a description of the issue. We will assess the situation and work with you to repair, replace, or otherwise resolve the problem.

Refunds are only issued in cases where damage or loss cannot be resolved through repair or replacement — and only after return of the original item, if applicable.
