Shipping And returns Policy

Domestic Shipping
All VERMONTICA pieces are made to order. Lead times vary by item but typically range from 6 to 10 weeks. Once complete, items are shipped via insured freight or white-glove delivery, depending on size and location. For parcel shipments, tracking information will be provided via email; for large-scale furniture freight, you will be connected directly with the carrier for personal delivery coordination.

International Shipping

RETURNS & REFUNDS Due to the custom fabrication and hand-finished nature of our architectural furniture, all large-scale commissions are final sale. For eligible studio objects, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for all original and return freight/parcel shipping costs, and items must be returned in their original crate/packaging.

Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a detailed description. We’ll work quickly to make it right.
